Abstract

This study aims to to see how picture ripeness emotion bullying with the family background harmonious .The study is done by adopting both qualitative. A subject in research are always three people. The subject did not taken at random but chosen follow certain criteria: agents bullying, and having family background harmonious. A method of data collection was carried out by interviews and observation. The result of this research showed that a subject do not have bullying ripeness emotion good. In this research found another phenomenon which a subject growing in family harmonious and as for the other factors that influence behavior of bullying is the existence of the seniority happened at the school, modeling misbehavior parents, and the experience of being the bully that in the end for subject to behave bully. Keywords: Emotional maturity, Bullying Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kematangan emosi pelaku bullying dengan latar belakang keluarga harmonis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang. Subjek tidak diambil secara acak melainkan dipilih mengikuti kriteria tertentu: Pelaku bullying, dan memiliki latar belakang keluarga harmonis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa subjek yang melakukan bullying belum memilki kematangan emosi yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan fenomena lain dimana subjek tumbuh dalam keluarga harmonis dan adapun faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying adalah adanya senioritas yang terjadi disekolah, modeling kenakalan orang tua, dan pengalaman menjadi korban bully yang pada akhirnya melatarbelakangi subjek untuk berperilaku bully.
