Abstract

This study aims to test whether the Influence of Company Size, Leverage and Liquidity to Corporate Value. Company Value Variable is measured by Per Book Value (PBV), Corporate Size variable measured by SIZE and Leverage variable measured by Debt of Equity Ratio (DER) and Liquidity variable measured by Current Ratio (CR). The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study amounted to 39 companies with research period in 2013 until 2016. The sample used as many as 18 companies. Sample selection method in this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable size of the Company and Liquidity effect on Corporate Value while the variable Leverage does not affect the Company Value. Keywords: Company Value, Company Size, Levarage, Liquidity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel Nilai Perusahaan diukur dengan Per Book Value (PBV), variabel Ukuran Perusahaan diukur dengan SIZE dan variabel Leverage diukur dengan Debt of Equity Ratio (DER) serta variabel Likuiditas diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR). Data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan atas perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2016. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 18 perusahan. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahaan dan Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan variabel Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
