Abstract
This research entitled “The Influence Of Transformational Leadership, Compensation and Turnover Intention on Employee Performance” The object of this research is employee who work at PT. Porter Primalayan Indonesia that located in Jakarta. The population in this study were 30 respondent. Data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability. Data analysis technique used is multiple liniear regression. The results of this research indicate that variable transformasional and significant positive effect on employee performance PT. Porter Primalayan, while compensation variables and turnover intension significantly positive effect the employee performance PT. Porter Primalayan Indonesia. In the regression model of residual variable have normal distributed data because it has significance level of 0,280 greater than 0,05. Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Turnover Intention and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini berjudul “ Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi dan Intensi Turnover terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Porter Primalayan Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Porter Primalayan Indonesia yang berada di Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Teknik aanalisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Porter Primalayan Indonesia, sedangkan variabel kompensasi dan intensi turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Porter Primalayan Indonesia. Dalam model regresi variabel residual mempunyai data berdistribusi normal karena memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,280 lebih besar dari 0,05. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention, dan Kinerja Karyawan
