Abstract

The transportation service industry is increasingly competitive. This encourages the perpetrators to further improve their performance. No exception PT. Wings Global Logistics. One effort that can be done is to improve employee performance by increasing job satisfaction. This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture and motivation on job satisfaction that affect employee performance. To test the problem, the questionnaire was distributed to all employees of PT. Wings Global Logistics totaling 53. The collected data is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) modeling technique using PLS (Partial Least Square) through SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture positively and significantly influence to job satisfaction and does not positively and significantly influence on performance, motivation have positive effect on and not significant to job satisfaction, job satisfaction have positive and not significant to performance, motivation have positive influence and significant to performance. On the basis of these results, suggestions that can be suggested are the improvement of job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by creating and maintaining a culture of involvement in corporate culture, and providing the best motivation to the organizers of the organization. Keywords: organizational culture, motivation, job satisfaction, performance. Industri layanan jasa transportasi saat ini semakin kompetitif. Hal ini mendorong para pelakunya untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tak terkecuali PT. Wings Global Logistics. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Untuk menguji permasalahan tersebut, kuesioner disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Wings Global Logistics yang berjumlah 53. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisis Model Persamaan Struktural – Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Atas dasar hasil tersebut, saran yang dapat disarankan adalah peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja dapat dicapai dengan menciptakan dan menjaga budaya keterlibatan dalam budaya perusahaan, dan memberikan motivasi terbaik kepada pelaku organisasi didalamnya.
