Abstract

Keyword: Website, Data employess, Outsourcing Banyak munculnya perusahaan-perusahan besar di Indonesia yang ingin menggunakan jasa outsourcing sekarang ini, karena sangat membantu para perusahaan-perusahaan besar untuk mempermudah dalam mencari tenaga kerja yang hadal dan ahli di bidangnya masing-masing, akan tetapi mekanisme kerja sama yang diterapkan diperusahaan outsourcing hanya sebatas 2 tahun lamanya, lebih dari 2 tahun perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa outsourcing harus mencari perusahaan baru yang menerapkan dibidang ousourcing untuk di ajak bekerja sama. Salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan dibidang outsourcing yaitu PT.Khanimo Ridhi Utama, perusahaan ini sudah banyak bekerja sama dengan perusahaan besar untuk menyalurkan tenaga kerja yang ahli dan handal dibidangnya, akan tetapi perusahaan ini mempunyai kendala dalam mencari datadata karyawan apabila suatu saat nanti diperlukan. oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam mengelola data-data karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut, dengan ada Aplikasi Perusahaan Outsourcing Pada PT.Khanimo Ridhi Utama Berbasis Web ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan dalam mengumpul atau mencari data-data karyawan yang diperlukan.
