Abstract
Good employee performance is the hope that all companies want to maintain, not apart from PT Telkom Access Bekasi, a company engaged in the field of Telecommunications internet access. Employee performance in PT Telkom Bekasi Access has not been optimal along with training and motivation. The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Training and Motivation on Employee Performance SDI (Survey Drawing Inventory) PT Telkom Access Bekasi. This research uses survey method. To determine the number of samples to be used in this study, the authors used Slovin method of measuring the responses of respondents to the questionnaire by using five levels Likert scale. The results of this study, the coefficient of regression of training variables states that the training variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees SDI (Survey Drawing Inventory) PT Telkom Access Bekasi, The result of the regression coefficient of motivation variables states that the motivation variable positively and significantly affect the performance of employees SDI (Survey Drawing Inventory) PT Telkom Access Bekasi. Keywords : training, motivation and employee performance Kinerja karyawan yang baik adalah harapan yang ingin terus dipertahankan oleh semua perusahaan, tidak terlepas PT Telkom Akses Bekasi, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Telekomunikasi akses internet. Kinerja karyawan di PT Telkom Akses Bekasi belum optimal seiring dengan pelatihan dan motivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Survey Drawing Inventory (SDI) PT Telkom Akses Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, maka penulis memakai metode Slovin pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner dengan menggunakan lima jenjang skala Likert. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, dari koefisien regresi variabel pelatihan menyatakan bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Survey Drawing Inventory (SDI) PT Telkom Akses Bekasi, Hasil dari koefisien regresi variabel motivasi menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Survey Drawing Inventory (SDI) PT Telkom Akses Bekasi.
