Abstract

The company does expect employees to maintain high performance, especially PT. XYZ, which runs its business in the field of ecommerce. Performance of PT. XYZ, not yet optimal due to employee's behavior and commitment. This research is purpose to know the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance by using multiple linear regression. Data was done through questionnaires distributed to 41 respondents with several options using five Likert scales. Analyzer uses instrument test and classical assumption. Based on the results of the analysis, the result that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, but organizational commitment does not determine the performance of employees Keywords : Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Performance Employees Kinerja karyawan yang baik adalah harapan yang ingin terus dipertahankan oleh semua perusahaan, tidak terlepas PT. Di XYZ, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Ecommerce. Kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ belum optimal seiring dengan budaya dan komitmen karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 41 orang karyawan. Metode sampling mengggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa budaya organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) menunjukan nilai signifikasi dan tidak signifikasi dari variabel bebas. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja Karyawan
