Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios and market price ratios on stock returns in the basic industrial and chemical sectors companies listed in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index period 2011-2015. In this research, profitability ratio uses return on assets (ROA), and market price ratio using price book value (PBV) and price earning ratio (PER) .The sample is 17 companies. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling. The method of analysis in this research is panel data regression analysis with fixed effect model. The results showed that the return on assets (ROA) partially have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Price book value (PBV) partially has a negative and significant effect on stock return. And price earnings ratio (PER) has negative and insignificant effect on stock return. Keywords: Return On Assets, Price Book Value, Price Earning Ratio, dan Return Stock Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan rasio harga pasar terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di pada Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Dalam penelitian ini rasio profitabilitas menggunakan return on assets(ROA), dan rasio harga pasar menggunakan price book value(PBV) dan price earning ratio(PER).Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on assets(ROA) secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Price book value(PBV) secara partial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Dan price earning ratio(PER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham.
