Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, job stress, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted in SMK and SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. The object for this research is all teachers of SMK and SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. This research was done to 96 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form of double linear regression statistical test with SPSS 22 software. The results of this research shows that emotional intelligence, work stress, and work discipline are positive and significantly influence the teachers performance on the SMK and SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. Emotional intelligence, work stress and work discipline affecting 57.6% and the remaining 42.4% influenced by other variables not described in this study. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Job Stress, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK dan SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK dan SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 96 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK dan SMA Budi Mulia Ciledug Tangerang. Kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh sebesar 57,6% dan sisanya 42,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
