Abstract
Organizational commitment is a form of one's commitment to the organization that is proven by active behavior in doing various things to support the vision of the organization's mission. PKK women's commitment within the PKK organization is evidenced by carrying out their responsibilities within the PKK organization without getting rewards. The activities undertaken by PKK women's reflect the willingness to sacrifice for the community and are part of the agenda of the Indonesian government. This is in line with the meaning of patriotism is a reflection of the willingness of sacrifice that aims to meet the interests of the nation and the Stat. It is this foundation that encourages authors to see the relationship between Patriotism and Organizational Commitment on Women's of the PKK. The scale used in this study is the adaptation of Commitment Organizational Scale from Allen & Meyer, 1990 with the results of reliability of Alpha Cronbach 0.820 and Patriotism Scale from Schatz & Staub, 1999 with the results of the reliability of each dimension of Blind 0.738 and Constructive 0.729. The results show that there is a relationship between Patriotism and Organizational Commitment on women's PKK. Blind Patriotism p(0.000) <α (0,05) with value (r) equal to 0,374 and Constructive Patriot p (0,027) <α (0,05) with value (r) equal to 0,221. Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Patriotism, PKK Komitmen organisasi adalah bentuk komitmen seseorang terhadap organisasi yang dijalaninya yang dibuktikan dengan perilaku aktif dalam melakukan berbagai hal guna mendukung visi misi organisasi. Komitmen ibu-ibu PKK dalam organisasi PKK dibuktikan dengan cara menjalankan tugas-tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab mereka dalam organisasi PKK tanpa mendapatkan penghasilan atau penghargaan dalam bentuk apapun. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu PKK tersebut mencerminkan sikap rela berkorban bagi masyarakat dan merupakan bagian dari agenda pemerintah Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan makna patriotisme yaitu sebuah cerminan dari sikap rela berkorban yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kepentingan bangsa serta Negaranya. Dasar inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk melihat Hubungan antara Patriotisme dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada Ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Leuwigajah kota Cimahi. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil adaptasi dari Commitment Organizational Scale dari Allen & Meyer, 1990 dengan hasil reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach 0.820 dan Patriotism Scale dari Schatz & Staub, 1999 dengan hasil reliabilitas masing-masing dimensi yaitu Buta 0.738 dan Konstruktif 0.729. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat Hubungan antara Patriotisme dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada Ibu-ibu PKK di kelurahan Leuwigajah Kota Cimahi. Patriotisme Buta p(0,000)< α(0,05) dengan nilai (r) sebesar 0,374 dan Patriotisme Konstruktif p(0,027)< α(0,05) dengan nilai (r) sebesar 0,221. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Patriotisme, PKK
