Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, job satisfaction and situational leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Visi Radinka Technotama, located in South Tangerang. This study uses all employees in PT. Visi Radinka Technotama. The sample selection used the saturated sample method using a member of 70 employees as sampling method. Data analysis method is this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variant that is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the results of work stress has no significant positive effect on employee performance PT. Visi Radinka Technotama. While job satisfaction and situational leadership style showed significant positive results on the performance of employees of PT. Visi Radinka Technotama. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Situational Leadership Style, Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Radinka Technotama, yang berlokasi Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan di PT. Visi Radinka Technotama. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan anggota yang berjumlah 70 karyawan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Metode analisi data yaitu penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varian yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil stres kerja tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Radinka Technotama. Sementara kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional menunjukkan hasil yang posiif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Radinka Technotama.
