Abstract
Stock price are the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company that issued the shares, where the changes and fluctuations are largely determined by the strength of supply and demand that occur on the exchange (secondary market). The more investors who want to buy or keep a stock, the price rises, whereas more and more investors want to sell or release a stock, the price moves down. Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Assets are used as independent variables that are expected give effect to Share Prices. This research was conducted on coal mining companies located on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The data was obtained by purposive sampling technique by determining certain criteria in the research data, so that the number of samples was 14 companies and the number of observations was 70 times. The data in this study using panel data regression techniques. The results of this study indicate Current Ratio and Return on Assets affect the Stock Price, while Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Stock Price. Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Indonesia Stock Exchange Harga saham adalah nilai suatu saham yang mencerminkan kekayaan perusahaan yang mengeluarkan saham tersebut, dimana perubahan dan fluktuasinya sangat ditentukan oleh kekuatan penawaran dan permintaan yang terjadi di bursa ( pasar sekunder ). Semakin banyak investor yang ingin membeli atau menyimpan suatu saham, harganya semakin naik, sebaliknya semakin banyak investor yang ingin menjual atau melepaskan suatu saham, harganya semakin bergerak turun.Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Assets digunakan sebagai variabel independen yang diperkirakan akan memberikan pengaruh pada Harga Saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaanperusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2016. Data diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dengan menentukan kriteria-kriteria tertentu pada data penelitian, sehingga didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan dan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 70 kali. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Current Ratio dan Return on Assets berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.
