Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of work stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. United Baliton Indonesia at Jakarta. This research was conducted on 49 respondents with sampling method in this research using sensus technique. Analysis of data used linear regression. Data collected and conducted by questionnare. The measurement of this research used scale of Likert. The result showed that partially (t test) variable Work Stres and Job Satisfaction has significantly influence on the Performance of Employees. Simultaneously (F test) variable Work Stress and Job Satisfaction has significantly influence on the Performance of Employees with determination coefficient at 47,8 % while the rest 52,2% was influenced by other variables that are not in. Keywords: Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Performance of Employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. United Baliton Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakuan terhadap 49 responden yang mana metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Skala yang digunakan pada kuesioner adalah skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena mempunyai nilai t hitung > t tabel. Secara simultan (uji F) variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mempunyai nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,8 %, sedangkan sisanya 52,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Stres kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
