Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze compensation, communication, and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The object of this research is all employees who work in PT Iskaba Pratama with a population of 150 people. Therefore, the data analysis used is Social Science Statistics Package (SPSS) v.23. The results showed that the compensation and motivation of work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, communication has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. This proves the test result (t test) which shows the value of significance and independent variables. Keywords: Compensation, Communication, Work Motivation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kompensasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Iskaba Pratama dengan populasi 150 orang. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini membuktikan hasil pengujian ( uji t ) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dan variabel bebas. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
