Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, earnings per share and return on equity on stock prices. The object of this research is the company registered in LQ 45 Year 2014- 2015. The data used are secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research design used is causal research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. From the method obtained 27 companies that meet the criteria of a total of 45 companies Year 2014 - 2015. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using three alternative model approach that is Common effect, Fixed effect and Random effects. Then for model selection used model of Chow Test and Hausman Test and Lagrange Multiplier Test. Test using R test, F test and t-statistic test. The result of t-statistic test shows that partially Dividend Yield has a negative effect on Stock Price and Earning Per Share has a positive effect on Stock Price, while Dividend Payout Ratio and Return On Equity have no effect to Share Price listed company in LQ 45 year 2014 - 2015. Keywords: Dividend Yield, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Stock Price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividend, earning per share dan return on equity terhadap harga saham . Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan terdaftar di LQ 45 Tahun 2014– 2015. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode diperoleh 27 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 45 perusahaan Tahun 2014 – 2015. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan model alternative yaitu Common effect, Fixed effect dan Random effects. Kemudian untuk pemilihan model digunakan model Chow Test, Hausman Test dan Lagrange Multiplier Test. Serta pengujian menggunakan uji R, uji F dan uji t-statistic. Hasil uji t-statistic menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Dividend Yield memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Harga Saham serta Earning Per Share memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Dividend Payout Ratio dan Return On Equity tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan terdaftar di LQ 45 tahun 2014 – 2015. Kata kunci : Dividend Yield, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity dan Harga Saham.
