Abstract

Head Office of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk have several division, where each division regularly holds meetings to discuss something. The company has several meeting rooms available, but because each division also holds a meeting in the meeting room, then the division representative must make a lending reservation first to make a reservation for meeting. The meeting room lending activities at the company are still manually by contacting the receptionist directly and waiting for the receptionist's confirmation of the availability of the room to be used for the meeting. If the meeting room is available the receptionist manually records the of the meeting room lending. This is can make the loss of record data, and clashing the schedule of the meeting room lending. To support the meeting room lending management activities, then e-reservation meeting room application was built. Where this application can facilitate to publish the meeting room usage schedule, reserve the meeting room, conduct the meeting room loan approval, cancellation or rescherdule of the meeting room lending, notification of approval, has facilities to provide advice and complaints meeting room, submission of maintenance schedule by technician, and report of meeting room loan activities. Keywords: application, e-reservation, lending management PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki beberapa divisi, dimana setiap divisinya ini rutin melakukan rapat untuk membahas sesuatu hal. Perusahaan memiliki beberapa ruang rapat yang tersedia, namun karena di dalam perusahaan memiliki beberapa divisi yang juga mengadakan rapat yang juga menggunakan ruang rapat maka sebelum rapat dilakukan perwakilan dari divisi harus melakukan reservasi peminjaman ruang rapat terlebih dahulu. Kegiatan reservasi peminjaman ruang rapat di perusahaan ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan cara menghubungi langsung pihak resepsionis dan menunggu konfirmasi pihak resepsionis tentang ketersediaan ruangan yang akan digunakan untuk rapat. Jika ruang rapat tersedia resepsionis mencatat secara manual peminjaman ruang rapat, hal ini memungkinkan adanya kehilangan data pencatatan, dan bentroknya jadwal atau peminjaman ruang rapat. Oleh karena itu untuk mendukung kegiatan manajemen peminjaman ruang rapat di perusahaan dibuatlah aplikasi e-reservation meeting room. Dimana aplikasi ini dibangun untuk memfasilitasi penginformasian jadwal penggunaan ruang rapat, melakukan reservassi ruang rapat, melakukan pengesahan peminjaman ruang rapat, melakukan pembatalan atau rescherdule peminjaman ruang rapat, memberikan notifikasi pemberitahuan approval pengajuan yang telah dibuat, memiliki fasilitas untuk memberikan saran dan pengaduan ruang rapat, pengajuan jadwal maintenance oleh teknisi, dan laporan kegiatan peminjaman ruang rapat.
