Abstract

Be Fit Solution have a problem in providing fast services to its members. Now the archiving data method is still using daily ledger, so when it is used to find members who have signed up requires a relatively long time. Increasing members also raised the complexity of the members validation data. With computer-based information system, there will be increasing services to members and eases data management staff in conducting membership. The Implementation of web-based systems are effective and efficient for use in business activities because it, has a wider reach that covers the whole world. Information system design includes registration application form for membership, form package membership, form membership extention, form renewal, form membership history, and report of membership. Keyword: sistem, informasi, data, membership. Be Fit Solution mempunyai permasalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada anggota dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Metode pengarsipan data yang ada saat ini masih menggunakan buku besar harian, sehingga ketika digunakan untuk mencari data anggota yang sudah mendaftar membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Meningkatnya jumlah anggota juga menimbulkan kerumitan dan mempersulit validasi data anggota. Dengan sistem informasi yang berbasis komputer maka diharapkan akan ada peningkatan pelayanan terhadap anggota dan memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan manajemen data keanggotaan. Penerapan sistem berbasis web bersifat efektif dan efisien untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan bisnis karena selain praktis, memiliki jangkauan yang lebih luas yakni mencakup seluruh dunia. Desain sistem informasi meliputi form aplikasi pendaftaran anggota, form paket fitnes, form aktivasi anggota, form perpanjangan anggota, penyimpanan riwayat anggota, dan laporan anggota secara berkala.
