Abstract
Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a systematic and measurable method to help companies manage needed in the production process, how many, and when to produce it, so that through this method inventory costs can be reduced, the result is minimized production costs and increased productivity. The factory knows UD maju jaya abadi has a problem about the supply of raw materials, especially soybeans, which will be processed into tofu, which has too much stock so that a lot of raw materials are finally bad before being used and disrupting the production process so that it is detrimental to the company. The forecasting used is the Linear method. The results of the analysis used are linear regression methods, because it has an error estimated value of TS of 1017.00. The method used in the process of planning and controlling inventory of raw materials is Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ). Inventory planning and control system for soybeans The inventory planning and control system at the Factory knows UD maju jaya immortal can use the EOQ method because the costs for soybeans are optimal. Keywords: Forecasting, MRP LFL, EOQ, POQ Material Requirement Planning (MRP) adalah sebuah metode yang sistematis dan terukur untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola dibutuhkan dalam proses produksi, jumlahnnya berapa, dan kapan waktu produksinya, sehingga melalui metode ini biaya persediaan dapat ditekan, hasilnya adalah biaya produksi dapat diminimalisasi dan produktivitas dapat ditingkatkan. Pabrik tahu UD maju jaya abadi mempunyai masalah tentang persediaan bahan baku terutama kedelai yang akan diolah menjadi tahu tersebut mempunyai stok yang terlalu banyak sehingga banyak bahan baku yang akhirnya jelek sebelum dipakai dan mengganggu jalannya proses produksi sehingga hal tersebut merugikan bagi perusahaan. Peramalan yang digunakan adalah metode Linier. Hasil analisa yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier, karena memiliki nilai estimasi eror sebesar TS sebesar 1017,00,. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku adalah Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ). Sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan untuk kedelai Sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan di Pabrik tahu UD maju jaya abadi bisa menggunakan metode EOQ karena biaya untuk kedelai optimal.
