Abstract
This research aim to identity the influence of Service Quality, Price and Promotion on Consumer Loyalty of J&T Express at Meruya Jakarta Barat. This research was conducted with 165 respondents by using quantitative approach. SEM-PLS have employed in data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the service quality, price and promotion have been significantly influence on consumer loyalty of J&T Express at Meruya Jakarta Barat Keyword : Service Quality, Price, Promotion, Consumer Loyalty Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan J&T Express Cabang Meruya Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 165 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan J&T Express Cabang Meruya Jakarta Barat.
