Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Investment Opportunity Set and Net Profit Margin to the firm value.The sample in this research consists of 30 companies selected from 48 Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Data obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is moderation regression analysis The results showed that Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has no significantly effect on Firm Value, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has negative significant effect on Firm Value. Keywords: Investment Opportunity Set, Net Profit Margin (NPM), firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Investment Opportunity Set dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 perusahaan yang dipilih dari 48 perusahaan jasa sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2016. Data diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Investment Opportunity Set (IOS)tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (NP), Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadapNilai Perusahaan (NP).
