Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the Effect of Motivation, Discipline and Work environment on Employee Performance (Case Study on Mercu Buana University). The population in this research is non-lecturer education staff. The sampling method used proportional sampling. The type of data used primary data obtained directly from the results of questionnaires distributed to 184 respondents. The method analysis used Multiple Linear Regression with Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software version 22. The result of research indicated that Motivation has significant effect on Employee Performance, Discipline has significant effect on Employee Performance, Work environment has significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation, Discipline and Employee Performance have significant effect on Employee Performance simultaneously. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline,Work Environment, Employee Performan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan (Studi Kasus Pada Universitas Mercu Buana). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan non-dosen. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 184 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan software Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan, Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan; Motivasi, Disiplin, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan
