Abstract
Overpopulated citizen not accompanied by the growth of road segments so that caused traffic congestion in a few point of intersection. This can be seen that most of main road are have intersection for the traffic to be smooth, but in reality in an unsignalized intersection Lapangan Tenis and Meruya Utara St often having traffic congestion. Seeing those problem the author analyzed intersection and segment of that road. In analyzing this study is using Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 method which will determine the performance of intersection and segment such as capacity, density of saturation, delay, queuing opportunites and velocity. Gathering data are from survey to unsignalized intersection and segment on rush hour at weekday and weekend. From the resulf of analysis showing that the density is 2,30, so the delay on that intersection is 30 det/smp and the queueing opportunities is 244.44% - 670.19%. With doing alternative 3 the result are much better which is the DS is 1.272, delay is 30 det/smp and queueing opportunities 85.60% -136.92% with performance optimatization giving stop sign and side barriers considered do not exist and prohibiton to right turn at arm A and arm B intersection during rush hour. Keywords : unsignalized intersection, segment, density of saturation, delay, and queue chance Banyaknya penduduk tidak dibarengi dengan pertumbuhan ruas jalan sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan dibeberapa titik persimpangan. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa sebagian besar jalan raya terdapat persimpangan jalan guna melancarkan arus lalulintas, tetapi pada kenyataannya di daerah persimpangan tak bersinyal jalan Lapangan Tenis dan ruas jalan Meruya Utara sering terjadi kemacetan lalulintas. Melihat permasalahan ini penulis mencoba menganalisis lengan persimpangan dan kinerja ruas jalan tersebut. Dalam menganalisis studi ini menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) tahun 1997 yang akan menentukan kinerja simpang dan ruas seperti kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, peluang antrian dan kecepatan. Pengumpulan data didapat dari survey terhadap simpanng tak bersinyal dan ruas jalan pada jam sibuk padah hari kerja dan hari libur. Dari hasil analisis simpang menunjukan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 2.30, maka tundaan pada simpang tersebut didapat adalah sebesar 30 det/smp dan peluang antrian sebesar 244.44% - 670.19%. Dengan dilalukannya alternatif 3 maka hasil didapat lebih baik yaitu derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 1.272, tundaan sebesar 30 det/smp serta peluang antrian 85.60% - 136.92% dengan optimasi kinerja pemeberian rambu dilarang berhenti dan hambatan samping dianggap tidak ada serta pelarangan belok kanan pada simpang lengan A dan B pada jam sibuk. Kata Kunci : simpang tak bersinyal, ruas jalan, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, dan peluang antrian.
