Abstract
This research exammines the analysis influence of job satisfaction and career development on employee turnover intention at Kampus Widuri. The sample used in this study were 72 employee Kampus Widuri. The research quantitative methods with questionnaire as an research instrument. The analysis include validity test, reliability test, nomality test, multikolinearity test, and hypothesis test. The result of this study indicate that job satisfaction was significantly and negatively related turnover intention. The result of this study indicate that career development was significantly and negatively related turnover intention. Key words : job satisfaction, career development, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Kampus Widuri. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 72 karyawan Kampus Widuri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Turnover Intention
