Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of Work Dicipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in District Office of Ciledug. The object for this research is employee at Ministry of Communication and Informatics. This research was done to 75 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of Work Dicipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in Ministry of Communication and Informatics. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of two independent variables that supports hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence Work Dicipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in Ministry of Communication and Informatics. Keywords: Work Dicipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Ministry of Communication and Informatics. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika.
