Abstract
This research is to know the influence of the working discipline, training, and organizational culture on performance of employees. The object of the research is all employees on duty Firefighters Tanjung Duren amounted to 100 employees. These studies use non probability sampling. Data retrieval is done by way of disseminating research questionnaire to respondents provide research. The data obtained were analyzed using the Least Aquare Partal (PLS). The research results showed that significant and influential Training on performance of employees on duty Firefighters Tanjung Duren. The discipline of work and significant positive effect on performance of employees on duty Firefighters Tanjung Duren. Celebrating the positive and significant influential Organizations on performance of employees on duty Firefighters Tanjung Duren. Key Words: Training, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren berjumlah 100 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada responden dilokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partal Least Aquare (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren. Buadaya Organsisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Tanjung Duren. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
