Abstract

Electric power has become a major requirement for the people of Indonesia, but cannot be done directly through the production processes of power plants in the Power Plant. PT PJB Muara Tawar Generation Unit is one of the units located in the Segara Jaya Village, Tarumajaya Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, with an installed power of 2,062 MW and the electricity production from the Muara Tawar power plant is channeled through SUTET 500 KV to Cibatu and Cawang Substation, a problem and is a One very important factor that is often used for production and inadequate network systems, it is necessary to evaluate Turbine Gas plants using Generating Data System Availability (GADS), probability and reliability by using Weibull and Failure Modes Efect Analisys to get the Risk value Priority Number (RPN) to look for priorities and strategies to improve performance. From the analysis results, the readiness of generating units is 88.16% (GT11) and 88.24% (GT 12) and 89.19% (GT 13). While Cafacity Factor (CF) is 65, 59% (GT 11) and 60.49% (GT 12) and 58.44% (GT 13). Gas Turbine Failure (GT11) crossed 19 times and produced a beta parameter of 0.6096 and eta of 1133.66664 while Gas Turbine (GT 12) 15 times produced an average parameter of 5.6919 and a standard deviation of 2.6612 and times Gas Turbine (GT 13) with lamda parameters of 0.0003 with a total failure of 10 times. From the paretto results, five critical equipment were found and Failure Mode Efect Analysis was carried out for maintenance recommendations. Keywords: GADS, Weibull Gas Turbine FMEA Tenaga listrik sudah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tetapi tidak dapat dihasilkan secara instan melainkan melalui suatu proses produksi pembangkitan energi listrik di Pembangkit listrik. PT PJB Unit Pembangkitan Muara Tawar merupakan salah satu unit yang berlokasi di Desa Segara Jaya, Kecamatan Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan daya terpasang 2,062 MW dan Produksi listrik dari pembangkit Muara Tawar disalurkan melalui SUTET 500 KV ke Gardu Induk Cibatu dan Cawang, Keandalan dan ketersediaan merupakan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting karena sering terjadi gangguan yang mengakibatkan kerugian produksi dan ketidak adalan sistem jaringan, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi pembangkit Gas Turbin dengan menggunakan Generating Availability Data System ( GADS ) , probalitas dan Reliability dengan menggunakan weibull serta melakukan Failure Modes Efect Analisys untuk mendapatkan nilai Risk Prioritas Number ( RPN ) untuk mendapatkan prioritas dan strategi pemeliharaan guna melakukan perbaikan kinerja. Dari hasil analisa Kesiapan unit pembangkit sebesar 88,16 % ( GT11 ) dan sebesar 88,24 % ( GT 12 ) serta sebesar 89,19 % ( GT 13 ).Sedangkan Cafacity Factor ( CF ) sebesar 65, 59 % ( GT 11 ) dan 60,49 % ( GT 12 ) serta 58,44 % ( GT 13 ). Kegagalan Gas Turbin ( GT11 ) jumlahnya 19 kali dan menghasilkan parameter beta sebesar 0,6096 dan eta sebesar 1133,6664 Sedangkan kegagalan Gas Turbin ( GT 12 ) 15 kali menghasilkan parameter mean sebesar 5,6919 dan standar deviasi sebesar 2,6612 serta kegagalan Gas Turbin ( GT 13 ) dengan parameter lamda sebesar 0,0003 dengan jumlah kegagalan 10 kali.Dari hasil paretto ditemukan lima peralatan kritikal dan dilakuakan Failure Mode Efect Analisys untuk Rekomendasi pemeliharaan.
