Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and stress on the organizational performance of PT. Peniko Nusa Kencana. Research data is data taken through questionnaires distributed to the respondents who became the sample of this study. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Peniko Nusa Kencana with 78 people. Sampling method is survey. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 24 software. The results show that leadership has the most dominant correlation to organizational performance. While motivation has a big influence on the performance of the organization, each increase of 1 unit of motivation will lead to an increase in organizational performance of 0.585 units. In addition, leadership, motivation, and stress simultaneously (simultaneously) significantly influence the performance of the organization of PT. Peniko Nusa Kencana. Peniko Nusa Kencana Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan stress terhadap kinerja organisasi PT. Peniko Nusa Kencana. Data penelitian merupakan data yang diambil melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ialah seluruh pegawai PT. Peniko Nusa Kencana sebanyak 78 orang. Metode pengambilan sampling adalah survei. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi paling dominan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Sedangkan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja organisasi, setiap kenaikan 1 satuan motivasi akan menyebabkan kenaikan kinerja organisasi sebesar 0,585 satuan. Selain itu kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan stres secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi PT. Peniko Nusa Kencana.
