Abstract
This research is aimed to identify the influence of Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Job Organization Climate on Teacher Performance at Al Bayan Islamic School. The type of research is quantitative with explanatory causal method. The study population is all teachers in Al Bayan. The sampling technic used is jenuh sampling technic. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance, with job satisfaction in the reward system such as giving salaries, commisions and promotions accordingly, the performance will increase. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher performance, with the promotion, the award certificate given to teachers can improve teacher performance. Job organization climate has a significant effect on teacher performance, with a sense of pride in being a teacher in the bay and caring about what is happening in it, so that you carry out learning in tandem/follow the planned learning steps so you can improve teacher performance, it can be said that job satisfaction, compensation, and job organization climate together have a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords : job satisfaction, compensation, job organization climate, teacher performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Iklim Organisasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Al-Bayan Islamic School. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatory kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di Al-Bayan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan adanya kepuasan kerja pada sistem penghargaan seperti pemberian gaji, komisi dan promosi yang sesuai maka kinerja akan meningkat. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan adanya promosi, piagam penghargaan yang diberikan kepada guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Iklim Organisasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan adanya rasa bangga menjadi guru di Al-Bayan dan peduli dengan apa yang terjadi didalamnya, maka dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran secara runtut/mengikuti langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang telah direncanakan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan iklim organisasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
