Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of work motivation, compensation, and career development of employees on employee job satisfaction PT Kartika Buana Ayu (Balai Kartini Building). Descriptive statistics using quantitative approach with survey method was used in this research. The populations all employees of PT Kartika Buana Ayu, while the technique of sampling propability with simple random sampling there were, so that 117 responden choosen with Slovin formula. Analysis of multiple linear regression data. The results of this research shows, that work motivation and career development simultaneously influenced job satisfaction. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant influenced on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has no influenced on employee job satisfaction, while career development has a positive and significant influenced on employee job satisfaction. It is advisable that corporate leaders continue to motivate employees to improve employee job satisfaction, pay attention to employee rights, and continue to provide job training for employee career improvement and development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Kartika Buana Ayu (Gedung Balai Kartini). Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Pupolasi seluruh karyawan PT Kartika Buana Ayu, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel propability dengan simple random sampling, menggunakan rumus Slovin ditemukan 117 responden sebagai sampel. Analisa data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan pengembangan karier memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Disarankan bahwa para pemimpin perusahaan terus memotivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, memperhatikan hak-hak karyawan, dan terus memberikan pelatihan kerja untuk peningkatan dan pengembangan karir karyawan.
