Abstract
This study aims to identify the influence of work environment, training and empowerment of human resources to employee job satisfaction at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Gajah Mada Branch. The research was conducted quantitatively with bivariate analysis method. Sampling was done by survey using questionnaire. Population in this research is employees at PT Bank Cimb Niaga branch of Gajah Mada. The population used in this study as many as 148 people. The study population was used as sample source, and the sample was 108 respondents. Sampling technique using random sampling technique. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the work environment, training and human resource empowerment together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially the work environment, training has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction while human resource empowerment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Keyword : Work environment, training, empowerment of human resources, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan dan pemberdayaan SDM terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Bank Cimb Niaga Tbk Cabang Gajah Mada. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis bivariat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Bank Cimb Niaga cabang Gajah Mada. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 148 orang. Populasi penelitian digunakan sebagai sumber sampel, dan sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 108 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja, pelatihan dan pemberdayaan SDM secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja, pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan pemberdayaan SDM tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja.
