Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Campus Locations, Tuition Fees, and Physical Evidence on Decisions. Students to study at STIE Insan Pembangunan, both partially and simultaneously. Research data from surveys in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method used in this research is convenience sampling method, as many as 200 respondents selected to be this sample using the Slovin formula. Quantitative analysis method, classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression equation analysis. Analysis tool using SPSS version 23 for windows. The results showed that the Campus Location, Tuition and Physical Evidence partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the decision of students to study at STIE Insan Pembangunan, the magnitude of the simultaneous influence was 77.8 percent. influencing students' decision to study at the STIE Development Staff, which amounted to 22.2 percent who still needed further research. Keywords: Place, Price, Physical Evidence and Purchase Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Lokasi Kampus, Biaya Perkuliahan, dan Physical Evidence terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa untuk berkuliah di STIE Insan Pembangunan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data penelitian dari survei yang berupa kuesioner. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode convenience sampling, sebanyak 200 responden dipilih menjadi sampel ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode analisis kuantitatif, uji asumsi klasik dan dengan menggunakan analisis persamaan regresi linear berganda,. Alat bantu analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lokasi Kampus, Biaya Perkuliahan, dan Physical Evidence secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk berkuliah di STIE Insan Pembangunan, besaran pengaruh secara simultan adalah sebesar 77,8 persen.. Ada beberapa faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa untuk berkuliah di STIE Insan Pembangunan yaitu sebesar 22,2 persen yang masih diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.
