Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Company size on Price to Book Value to the construction company in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The variables used on this study are independent variables Current Ratio (X1), Return on Total Asset (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), and Company Size (X4) and dependent variable Price to Book Value (Y). The sample of the study is Construction companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2012 to 2016, and the data were obtained from audited financial report. The study approach was causal approach and data analysis used was panel data. The results show that simultaneously (F-test) Current Ratio, there is significant influence on Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Company size is to Price to Book Value in the construction companies that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2012-2016. The partially (t-test) show that Return on Asset has positive and significant effect , while Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Company Size do not affect to the Price to Book Value Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Company Size, Price to Book Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio, Return on Total Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Price to Book Value perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen Current Ratio(X1), Return on Total Asset(X2), Debt to Equity Ratio(X3), dan Ukuran Perusahaan (X4) serta variabel dependen Price to Book Value (Y). Objek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan hasil audit perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dalam kurun waktu 2012 sampai dengan 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas. Oleh karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis data panel. Berdasarkan perhitungan secara simultan, Current Ratio(CR), Return On Total Asset(ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), dan Ukuran Perusahaan(SIZE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value(PBV) Perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Secara parsial, Return on Total Asset berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan variabel Current Rasio(CR), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), dan Ukuuran Perusahaan(SIZE) Tidak berpengaruh terhadap Price to Book Value. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Total Asset, Ukuran Perusahaan, Price to Book Value.
