Abstract
This research is to know the influence of job stress, work environment and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Trisarana Ascrucon located in Tangerang. This study was conducted on 59 employees using a qualitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 tool. Partially, job stress variable has possitive effect and significant to turnover intention variable. Partially, the work environment and organizational commitment variables do not affect the turnover intention variable. This is evidenced from the results of partial test (t test). Keywords: Job Stress, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Trisarana Ascrucon yang berlokasi di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 59 karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat SPSS 20. Secara parsial, variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention. Secara parsial, variabel lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel turnover intention. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t).
