Abstract
The waste water treatment company is faced with the problem of large engine downtime in the Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR) generator set which functions as drilling waste water treatment. Large engine downtime has an impact on the level of productivity of production activities and the number of quality products. To be able to increase productivity, a Total Productive Maintenance implementation is carried out with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurements. The steps taken are measuring OEE and knowing the biggest factor that influences with the Pareto diagram. After that getting the cause of the problems that occur can be analyzed using FMEA and fishbone diagrams. The results showed that the productivity of the Electro Contaminant Removal Machine (ECR) was 68.058% so that it was still below the JIPM standard of 85%. This is done to anticipate the low OEE value on the Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR) machine, which is the autonomous maintenance provided to the operator. Conduct training for maintenance technicians and monitor operators regarding the cleanliness of the workplace. Using a TotalProductive Maintenance maintenance system on the generator set (genset) component of Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR). Keywords: Total Productive Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, fishbone diagram, FMEA Perusahaan pengolahan air limbah dihadapi permasalahan downtime mesin yang besar pada mesin genset Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR) yang berfungsi sebagai pengolahan air limbah pengeboran. Downtime mesin yang besar berdampak pada tingkat produktivitas kegiatan produksi dan jumlah produk yang berkualitas. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas maka dilakukan implementasi Total Productive Maintenance dengan pengukuran Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Langkah yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pengukuran OEE serta mengetahui faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi dengan diagram pareto. Setelah itu mendapatkan penyebab permasalahan yang terjadidapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan FMEA dan fishbone diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas pada Mesin Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR) sebesar 68.058% sehingga masih di bawah standart JIPM sebesar 85%. Hal yang dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR) yang yaitu dengan diadakannya autonomous maintenance yang diberikan kepada operator. Melakukan training bagi teknisi maintenance serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap operator tentang kebersihan tempat kerja. Menggunakan sistem perawatan TotalProductive Maintenance pada komponen generator set (genset) Electro Contaminant Removal (ECR).
