Abstract
The purpose of this study are to examine and analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price on buying interest. The data used in this study is the primary data, the total sample is 100 students who have used the mobile operator Telkomsel at Mercu Buana University. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. Data collection by questionnaires and data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Analysis The result of this study shows that: (1) the quality of service has a significant effect on buying interest; (2) product quality has no significant effect on buying interest; (3) price has no significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Buy Interest Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap minat beli. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, total sampel adalah 100 mahasiswa yang telah menggunakan operator seluler Telkomsel di Universitas Mercu Buana. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Linear Berganda Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli; (2) kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli; (3) harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli.
