Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and firm size to the value of the company either partially or simultaneously. In this research, there are 5 variables used, namely the value of the company proxies by Price Book Value as dependent variable while Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and company size as independent variable. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. This research uses purposive sampling technique and obtained 25 company property and real estate as sample. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis through Eviews9 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously between Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and firm size to firm value there is a significant influence. While the results of research partially indicate that Price Earning Ratio there is a positive influence on corporate value, and firm size negatively affect the value of the company. While Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio does not affect the value of the company. Keywords: Price Book Value, Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Size Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 5 variabel yang digunakan yaitu nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh Price Book Value sebagai variable dependen sedangkan Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variable independen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 25 perusahaan property dan real estate sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel melalui program Eviews9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan antara Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Sementara hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Price Earning Ratio terdapat pengaruh yang positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Price Book Value, Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Size
