Abstract

This study aims to examine and assess the investment opportunity set,earning per share and sales growth on firm value of the company’s Property and Real Estate in BEI. The population in this study is company’s Property and Real Estate during the period 2014-2016 totaling 55 companies. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling. Based on predefined criteria obtained a sample of 18 companies multiplied by 3 years to 54 companies. The data used is secondary data drawn by the method of documentation by accesing the site idx.co.id and the official website of each company. Analytical methods used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that capital earning per share show a significant negative affect on firm value. While investment opportunity set as measured by MBVA and sales growth shows a significant positive affect on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Investment Oppurtunity Set, Earning per Share and Sales Growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh investment opportunity set,earning per share dan sales growth terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang tercatat di BEI. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property and Real Estate selama periode 2014- 2016 yang berjumlah 55 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 18 perusahaan dikalikan dengan 3 tahun menjadi 54 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id dan situs resmi masing-masing resmi perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa earning per share berpengaruh negatif ssecara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara investment opportunity set yang diukur dengan MVBVA dan sales growth menunjukkan pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Investment Oppurtunity Set, Earning per Share dan Sales Growth.
