Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of Liquidity Ratio, Profitability, Leverage and Managerial Ownership to Financial Distress either partially or simultaneously. In this research, there are 5 variables that used are Financial Distress as dependent variable while Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt Ratio and Managerial Ownership independent variable. Population used in this research is property and real estate company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2016. This research uses purposive sampling technique and obtained 17 property and real estate company as sample.. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS program version 23. The result of this research shows that simultaneously between Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Ratio and Managerial Ownership to Financial Distress there is significant influence. While the results of research Current Ratio and Return On Assets and partially indicate that there is a positive influence on Financial Distress, while leverege negatively affect the Financial Distress. and Managerial Ownership has no effect on Financial Distress. Keywords: Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Ratio dan Manajerial Ownernership dan Financial Distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Leverege dan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap financial distress baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 5 variabel yang digunakan yaitu Financial Distress sebagai variable dependen sedangkan Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt Ratio dan Kepemilkan Manajerial sebagai variable independen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 17 perusahaan property dan real estate sebagai sample. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan antara Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Ratio dan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Financial Distress terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Sementara hasil penelitian Current Ratio dan Retur On Assets dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif terhadap Financial Distress, sedangkan leverege berpengaruh negatif terhadap Financial Distress. dan Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress. Kata kunci : Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Ratio, Kepemilakan Manajerial, dan Financial Distress.
