Abstract
The development of information technology that developed in such a rapidly, especially computer technology provides many advantages for us. Especially in the field of business can help the company's activities so that run effectively and efficiently. In management financial statements for the need of a special application to handle all transactions that occur in lieu of the ledger that is still used by some small and medium companies, one example in the memory salon. All good transactions cash disbursements, cash income, income, to the preparation of financial statements are still manual which often the occurrence of errors in the preparation of financial statements. By utilizing technology all problems can be solved well. In the process used a method consisting of observation, interview and literature study to find the required data. By using web-based e-accounting application is expected to help overcome the problems that often occur in the process of management financial report data from start posting to profit report creation. Keywords : Accounting information system, E-Accounting, Codeigniter Framework Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang sedemikan cepat khusunya teknologi computer memberikan banyak keuntungan bagi kita. Khusunya dalam bidang bisnis dapat membantu aktivitas perusahaan sehingga berjalan efektif dan efisien. Dalam pengelolahan laporan keuangan agar diperlukannya suatu aplikasi khusus untuk menanganai semua transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi sebagai pengganti buku besar yang masih digunakan oleh beberapa perusahaan kecil dan menengah, salah satu contohnya pada memory salon. Semua transaksi baik itu pengeluaran kas, pemasukan kas, pendapatan, sampai penyusunan laporan keuangan masih bersifat manual yang sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi semua permasalahan dapat teratasi dengan baik. Dalam prosesnya digunakan metode yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka untuk mencari data yang dibutuhkan. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi e-accounting berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam proses pengelelohaan data laporan keuangan dari mulai posting sampai pembuatan laporan laba rugi.
