Abstract
Tanjung Duren Selatan Village Office is one of the sub-districts located in Grogol Petamburan District, West Jakarta Administration City, DKI Jakarta. South Tanjung Duren Village Office always reports on the work activities of Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) once every week to be reported to West Jakarta Mayor Office. To simplify and summarize the time in preparing reports on the work of PPSU, the researcher makes the information reporting system of PPSU's work activities. Researchers develop this information system using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which includes modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), PHP as programming language, and MySQL as database manager. From this research resulted information system of PPSU work activity reporting dynamic, simple, and easy to use to simplify and shorten time in making report of work activity of PPSU. Keywords : Work Activity Report, Village Office, PPSU Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Selatan adalah salah satu kelurahan yang terletak di Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta. Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Selatan Selatan selalu membuat laporan kegiatan kerja Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) setiap satu pekan sekali untuk dilaporkan ke kantor Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Untuk mempermudah dan memperingkas waktu dalam pembuatan laporan kegiatan kerja PPSU tersebut, maka peneliti membuat sistem infromasi pelaporan kegiatan kerja PPSU ini. Peneliti melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi ini dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), perancangan yang meliputi pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, dan MySQL sebagai pengelola database. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan sistem informasi pelaporan kegiatan kerja PPSU dinamis, sederhana, dan mudah digunakan untuk mempermudah dan memperingkas waktu dalam pembuatan laporan kegiatan kerja PPSU.
