Abstract

Administration faculty of computer science is the administrative center of the two courses of study of informatics and information systems who maintain making the correspondence, the registration of the final task, and the registration of the final trial session, if seen from its function it will be more effective if the registration of the final assignment and registration of the final trial session is using a system who can help for registrasion and manage documents. For increasing registration process, so it is necessary to create a system that serves as an intermediary between users who register as well as users who perform the process after being registered. Therefore, web-based registration system is expected to assist in managing the administration of computer science faculty with PHP programming language using CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL database is expected to assist in improving the performance of the administration of computer science faculty in managing the final project and the final task session Keywords : administration, registration of the final task, codeigniter Tata usaha fakultas ilmu komputer merupakan pusat administrasi dari 2 program studi yaitu teknik informatika dan sistem informasi yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pusat informasi program studi, pembuatan surat menyurat, pendaftaran tugas akhir, dan pendaftaran sidang tugas akhir, jika dilihat dari fungsinya akan lebih efektif jika kegiatan pendaftaran tugas akhir dan sidang tugas akhir menggunakan sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pendaftaran serta membantu dalam pengarsipan dibagian tata usaha. Untuk mempercepat proses pendaftaran maka perlu dibuat suatu sistem yang berfungsi sebagai perantara antar pengguna yang mendaftar serta pengguna yang melakukan proses setelah terdaftar. Maka dari itu sistem pendaftaran berbasis web diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengelola adminstrasi fakultas ilmu komputer dengan teknologi bahasa pemrograman PHP yang menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL diharapkan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan performa tata usaha Fasilkom dalam melakukan pengelolaan tugas akhir dan sidang tugas akhir Kata kunci : administrasi, pendaftaran tugas akhir, code igniter
