Abstract
SPA and Reflexology as a part of people's lifestyles with high level of activity and great life stress. This can be seen from the rapid growth of SPA and Reflexology places in the Capital. The higher the bustle, the more need of others to take care of themselves. SPA stands for Solus Per Aqua, SPA is a system of treatment or treatment with water or in English known as Hydortherapy. While Reflexology is known as a therapeutic zone, it is an alternative treatment that involves applying pressure on the feet and hands with certain thumbs, fingers and hand techniques without the use of oils or lotions. Keywords: SPA, Reflexology, Theraphy, Hydrotherahpy SPA dan Reflexology sebagai suatu bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat dengan tingkat kesibukan tinggi dan tekanan hidup yang besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pesatnya pertumbuhan tempat SPA dan Reflexology di Ibukota. Semakin tinggi kesibukan, semakin membutuhkan orang lain untuk merawat diri. SPA merupakan singkatan dari Solus Per Aqua, SPA adalah suatu sistem pengobatan atau perawatan dengan air atau dalam bahasa Inggris dikenal sebagai Hydortherapy. Sedangkan Reflexology dikenal sebagai zona terapi, merupakan pengobatan alternatif yang melibatkan penerapan tekanan pada kaki dan tangan dengan teknik jempol, jari tangan, dan tangan tertentu tanpa menggunakan minyak atau lotion.
