Abstract
ABSTRAK Musik merupakan salah satu sarana media komunikasi dalam mengkampanyekan sebuah gagasan atau ide. Grup band Navicula adalah band Indonesia yang memfokuskan lagunya pada pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Pemilihan kata dalam sebuah lirik bisa saja memiliki banyak makna dan tingkat intepretasi berbeda pada tiap individu. Hal itu membuat pemilihan kata dan keterkaitan antar kalimat menjadi suatu hal yang menarik untuk diamati. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana lirik lagu Zat Hijau Daun milik Navicula sebagai bentuk wacana gerakan kampanye peduli lingkungan dengan pendekatan analisis wacana Teun Van Dijk meliputi dimensi teks, dimensi kognisi sosial dan dimensi konteks sosial. Dimensi teks akan menganalisis secara Struktur Makro, Superstruktur, dan Struktur mikro. Pengindentifikasian kedalam sub-sub dimensi tadi akan mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan mengenai makna lirik lagu zat hijau daun. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lirik lagu zat hijau daun milik navicula mencoba mewacanakan gerakan kampanye pelestarian lingkungan dengan media lirik sebagai upaya untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak atau publik hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari elemen dimensi teks pada unsur tematik pada penggalan bait “pohon paru-paru jantung kota, zat hijau daun untung kau ada”. Kata kunci : Gerakan pelestarian lingkungan, Navicula, wacana Teun A.Van Dijk. ABSTRACT Music is one of communication media that could be used to campaigning idea or thought. Navicula band is Indonesian music band that wrote their songs on the focus of preservation of nature and environment. the choosing of words in a lyric could have many different meanings and interpretations for each individual listeners. This makes the choosing of words and the connection between sentences in a lyric become interesting to be observed. This research is focusing in how the lyric of “zat hijau daun” song by Navicula could be interpreted as one of the forms of environmental care campaign movement with the analysis approach of Teun van Dijk discourse including text dimension, social cognition dimension, and social context dimension. Text dimension will analyze through Macro structure, Super structure, and Micro structure. The indentification into the sub dimensions will help to draw the conclusion about the meaning of “zat hijau daun” song lyric. Research data analysis shows that “zat hijau daun” song lyric is trying to have a discourse about environmental care and preservation campaign through the lyric as the media to convey the message to public. This we could see in the the elements of text dimension in the lyric such as this sentence “pohon paru-paru jantung kota, zat hijau daun untung kau ada” (trees, the lung and heart of the city.
