Abstract

ABSTRACT Over time the mosque has other functions, not just used as a place of prayer but also can be a place to deliver lectures, the Koran and others. Artificial lighting is an important aspect in the spaces and noteworthy. Therefore, the study against the light in this mosque is done. The selection of objects due to the still little research regarding the mosque. By searching "standard already or not yet in the prayer room?" are the things wanted researchers examine. After that, the optimization needs to be done if the results show not standard with SNI. Methods undertaken in this research is the observation, measurements with a lux meter, Make table observation, then optimization is done by creating a simulation using the software Relux. Keyword: Mosque, Artificial Lighting, and Relux Simulation ABSTRAK Seiring berjalannya waktu masjid ini memiliki fungsi lain, tidak hanya digunakan sebagai tempat shalat melainkan juga dapat menjadi tempat menyampaikan ceramah, mengaji dan lain-lain. Pencahayaan buatan adalah aspek penting dalam ruang dan perlu diperhatikan.Oleh karena itu, penelitan terhadap cahaya dalam masjid ini dilakukan.Pemilihan objek penelitian dikarenakan masih sedikit penelitian mengenai masjid.Dengan mencari “sudah standard atau belum dalam ruang shalat?” adalah hal yang ingin peneliti kaji.Setelah itu, optimasi perlu dilakukan apabila hasil menunjukkan tidak standard dengan SNI.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Melakukan pengukuran dengan alat lux meter, Membuat tabel observasi, kemudian dilakukan optimalisasi dengan membuat simulasi menggunakan software Relux. Kata Kunci :Masjid, Pencahayan Buatan, dan Relux Simulation
