Abstract
ABSTRACT Accessibility is a degree of convenience achieved by a person, to an object, services or environment. These conveniences are implemented in buildings, environments and other public facilities. Accessibility also focuses on the convenience for disabled people to use facilities such as wheelchair users should be able to walk easily on the sidewalk or ride on public transport, which is implemented in “Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum no. 30/PRT/M/2006 no. 30/PRT/M/2006” on technical guidance of facilities and accessibility for public buildings. The mosque is one of the public buildings that serves as the center of Muslim community and many who come to worship and say prayers or attend studies on Islamic events. It is possible that the disabled people is one of the visitors who come to the mosque of Asy-Syarif Al-Azhar BSD. So the question arises, whether the current Asy-Syarif BSD mosque has provided a means of good accessibility for the disabled in accordance with “Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum no. 30/PRT/M/2006 no. 30/PRT/M/2006”? The method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach and to analyze the data, using Expose method by checking the data of standard accessibility (“Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum no. 30/PRT/M/2006 no. 30/PRT/M/2006”) with the data found in Al-Azhar BSD Mosque Asy-Syarif. Based on the result of the assessment in percentage, it is equal to 71,11% for the elements of Asy-Syarif Mosque BSD facilities still dominate in fulfillment of criteria / requirement. So it can be said that the facilities of mosque Asy-Syarif Al-Azhar BSD has provided a means of good accessibility for the disabled people in accordance with “Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum no. 30/PRT/M/2006 no. 30/PRT/M/2006”. Keyword: Accessibility, Public Building, Asy-Syarif Mosque Al-Azhar BSD ABSTRAK Aksesibilitas adalah derajat kemudahan dicapai oleh orang, terhadap suatu objek, pelayanan ataupun lingkungan. Kemudahan akses tersebut diimplementasikan pada bangunan gedung, lingkungan dan fasilitas umum lainnya. Aksesibilitas juga difokuskan pada kemudahan bagi penderita cacat untuk menggunakan fasilitas seperti pengguna kursi roda harus bisa berjalan dengan mudah di trotoar ataupun naik keatas angkutan umum. yang diimplementasikan pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum no. 30/PRT/M/2006 tentang pedoman teknis fasilitas dan aksesibilitas pada bangunan umum. Masjid merupakan salah satu bangunan publik yang berfungsi sebagai pusat peribadahan kaum muslim dan tak sedikit yang datang untuk beribadah memenuhi panggilan mendirikan shalat ataupun menghadiri acara-acara kajian tentang islam. Tidak tertutup kemungkinan kaum disabilitas merupakan salah satu pengunjung yang berdatangan ke Masjid Asy- Syarif Al-Azhar BSD. Sehingga munculah pertanyaan, Apakah masjid Asy-Syarif BSD saat ini telah memberikan sarana aksesibilitas yang baik bagi para kaum disabilitas sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.30/PRT/M/2006? Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk menganalisa data mengunakan metoda expose yaitu pemeriksaan terhadap data standar aksesibilitas (Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 30/PRT/2006) dengan data yang ditemui di Masjid Asy-Syarif Al- Azhar BSD. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian berdasarkan presentase, yaitu sebesar 71,11% elemen-elemen sarana/fasilitas Masjid Asy-Syarif BSD masih mendominasi dalam pemenuhan kriteria/ persyaratan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.30/PRT/M/2006. Sehingga dapat dikatakan sarana/ fasilitas Masjid Asy-syarif Al-azhar BSD berstandar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.30/PRT/M/2006.
