Abstract
Abstract In a tall building under the conditions of salvation handling emergency evacuation paths should be preferred.It is also set in the Ordinance sidah building and is technically set in the Indonesia national standard.The evacuation process is very influential towards the success rate of evacuation. The less time the evacuation, the greater the number of victims who were saved from a fire disaster and vice versa.Before going the catastrophic fires, residents are required to understand the function of the element elements supporting the evacuation line. The apartment is a residential building vertical, was supposed to pay attention to the aspect of accessibility jaljur evacuation for residents and visitors in accordance with the standard apartment.The scope of the discussion of the elements of the elements supporting the line evakiasi in the apartment include: evacuation Paths, exit signs, emergency stairs, pengandali smoke, emergency doors, emergency lighting, and active protection systems – passive.With the methods used to study descriptive qualitative analysis The objective of this research was performed to evaluate the element – elemen supporting line fire at menteng park apartment is in compliance to standards or not.In the apartment there are 436 Menteng Park residential unit as well as the supporting element of the evacuation line 7 of the fire with the occupants of more than 950 people.From the results of the study can be concluded, that the elements – elements supporting the evacuation line at Menteng Park Apartment has been qualified to support the process of emergency evacuation. Keywords: Apartment, the evacuation, Wayfinding, accessibility, fire Evacuation Abstrak Dalam sebuah bangunan tinggi penanganan keselematan dalam kondisi darurat berupa jalur evakuasi harus diutamakan. Hal ini juga sidah diatur dalam peraturan bangunan gedung dan secara teknis diatur dalam Standar Nasional Indonesia. Proses evakuasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keberhasilan evakuasi. Semakin sedikit waktu evakuasi, semakin besar jumlah korban yang diselamatkan dari bencana kebakaran dan sebaliknya. Sebelum terjadi bencana kebakaran, penghuni diwajibkan untuk memahami fungsi dari elemen elemen pendukung jalur evakuasi. Apartemen merupakan sebuah bangunan hunian vertikal, sudah seharusnya memperhatikan aspek aksesibilitas jaljur evakuasi bagi penghuni dan pengunjung apartemen sesuai dengan standar tersebut. Lingkup pembahasanElemen elemen pendukung jalur evakiasi di Apartemen ini meliputi : Jalur evakuasi, tanda exit, tangga darurat, pengandali asap, pintu darurat, penerangan darurat, dan sistem proteksi aktif – pasif. Dengan metode yang digunakan kajian deskriptif analisa secara kualitatif Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi element – elemenpendukung jalur kebakaran di apartement menteng park sudah sesuai standart atau belum. Di dalam Apartemen Menteng Park terdapat 436 unit hunian serta 7 elemen pendukung jalur evakuasi kebakaran dengan penghuni lebih dari 950 orang. Dari hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa elemen – elemen pendukung jalur evakuasi di Apartement Menteng Park telah memenuhi syarat untuk mendukung proses evakuasi darurat.
