Abstract
ABSTRACT Villa Ilhami housing is one of the most famous Islamic housing in Tangerang area. Housing located in Karawaci, Tangerang. This housing complex was built in the mid-1990s to meet residential needs for the local government or government for housing unit needs. Many facilities on housing are available such as mosques or mosques, schools, to open green spaces. However, many have questioned the pattern and layout of Islamic Housing and its criteria, so that some lay people are still confused by the criteria of Islamic housing. Villa Ilhami housing is categorized as Islamic housing. This is seen from the number of mosques / mushala each available in each cluster, where each cluster is provided 1 mosque / mushala. This is in accordance with the words of Prophet Muhammad SAW who invites his people to establish prayers in congregation or mosque. The form of pattern and layout in Villa Ilhami Housing is a combination of settlement lineal pattern that follows the road and river with kuldesak system. It is seen in the northern and southern shaped cross along the road and river, and even the river flanked by two streets at once. While in the middle there kuldesak system that the back of a circle or oval, kuldesak this part that is used for open green space and also there is a small neighborhood road for access to the mosque / mushala. There are some of the houses in the Villa Ilhami area that does not follow the direction of Qibla, just following the river and road rivers. However, it can be anticipated with the provision of public facilities such as mosques and playgrounds in each cluster respectively. ABSTRAK Perumahan Villa Ilhami merupakan salah satu perumahan Islami yang cukup terkenal di daerah Tangerang. Perumahan yang berlokasi di Karawaci, Tangerang. Perumahan ini dibangun pada pertengahan 1990an untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hunian untuk pemda setempat atau pemerintah guna kebutuhan unit rumah. Banyak fasilitas pada perumahan yang tersedia seperti masjid atau mushala, sekolah, hingga ruang hijau terbuka. Meskipun begitu, banyak yang mempertanyakan soal pola dan tata ruang pada Perumahan Islami beserta kriteria-kriterianya, sehingga sebagian dari kalangan awam masih bingung dengan kriteria-kriteria dari perumahan Islami. Perumahan Villa Ilhami dikategorikan sebagai perumahan Islami. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah masjid/mushala yang masing-masing tersedia di setiap cluster, dimana setiap cluster disediakan 1 masjid/mushala. Hal ini sesuai dengan sabda Nabi Muhammad SAW yang mengajak umatnya untuk menegakkan shalat berjamaah di masjid atau mushola. Bentuk pola dan tata ruang di Perumahan Villa Ilhami merupakan kombinasi antara pola pemukiman lineal yang mengikuti jalan dan sungai dengan sistem kuldesak. Hal ini dilihat di bagian utara dan selatan yang berbentuk melintang mengikuti jalan dan sungai, bahkan sungai diapit oleh 2 jalan sekaligus. Sementara di bagian tengah terdapat sistem kuldesak yang bagian belakangnya berbentuk lingkaran atau oval, bagian kuldesak inilah yang dimanfaatkan untuk ruang hijau terbuka dan juga ada jalan lingkungan kecil untuk akses ke masjid/mushala. Ada sebagian dari rumah di kawasan Villa Ilhami yang tidak mengikuti arah kiblat, hanya mengikuti jalir sungai dan jalan. Namun bisa diantisipasi dengan disediakan fasilitas umum seperti masjid dan tempat bermain di setiap cluster masing-masing.
