Abstract
The study sought to establish and analyze the impacts of Emotional Intelligence (Self Awareness, Self-Regulation and Motivation) toward Learning Outcomes Learners SMA Santo Paulus Jakarta Pusat. This type of description explanatory quantitative research with the population of all students class X and XI IPA-IPS SMA St. Paulus Jakarta Pusat. Non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling which means the entire population is sampled, so it is determined the number of samples 50 people as respondents. Analyze data with multiple linear regression. The results showed that emotional intelligence (Self Awareness, Self- Regulation and Motivation) have a significant impact on the learning outcomes of learners. Self-awareness and self-regulation becomes a variable that has a significant impact on learning outcomes of learners. While Motivation has no significant impact. To improve students' learning outcomes, it is suggested that emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation and motivation) should be enhanced during the learning process at St. Paulus Jakarta Pusat. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence (Self Awareness, Self-Regulation and Motivation) Student Learning Outcomes Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional (Kesadaran Diri, Pengaturan Diri dan Motivasi) terhadap Hasil Belajar peserta didik di SMA Santo Paulus Jakarta Pusat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif eksplanatori dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas X dan XI IPA-IPS SMA Santo Paulus Jakarta Pusat. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability dengan sampling jenuh yang artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga ditentukan jumlah sampel 50 orang sebagai responden. Analisa data dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional (Kesadaran Diri, Pengaturan Diri dan Motivasi) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Kesadaran diri dan pengaturan diri menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, sedangkan Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Untuk memperbaiki hasil belajar peserta didik disarankan agar kecerdasan emosional (kesadaran diri, pengaturan diri dan motivasi) harus ditingkatkan selama proses belajar di SMA Santo Paulus Jakarta Pusat.
