Abstract
PT.NOK INDONESIA merupakan perusahaan industri otomotif yang memproduksi oil seal yang tidak terlepas dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan efektifitas mesin / peralatan. Salah satu penyebab terganggunya proses produksi adalah kurang baiknya manajemen pemeliharaan pada mesin tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase OEE dibutuhkan perkalian dari hasil rasio Availability, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality. Maka dari itu penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin Curing di PT.NOK INDONESIA. Mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tinggi atau rendahnya Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin Curing di PT.NOK INDONESIA. Memberikan masukan atau rekomendasi perawatan dan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektifitas mesin produksi dan nilai OEE. Berdasarkan dengan tujuan tersebut penulis menggunakan beberapa metode untuk mendapatkan beberapa data dari perusahaan, yaitu dengan melakukan studi lapangan, studi pustaka, wawancara kepada operator, supervisor, dan manajer perusahaan. Dan digunakan beberapa metode dari studi pustaka yaitu dengan metode OEE. Metode ini merupakan cara terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari pada bagian mana titik tertinggi atau rendahnya efektivitas dari mesin. Nilai OEE tertinggi yaitu terdapat pada tanggal 14 oktober 2016 yaitu sebesar 60,67% dari hasil Availability 93,45%, Performance Rate 59,27%, dan Rate of Quality 98,12%. Sedangkan nilai OEE terendah terdapat pada tangal 04 oktober 2016 yaitu sebesar 34,94% dari Availability 93,45%, Performance Rate 59,27%, dan Rate of Quality 98,12%. Faktor Six Big Losses yang berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya efektivitas mesin Curing. Kata Kunci: Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Rasio, Availability, Performance Efficiency, Rate of Quality Products, Six Big Losses, , Reduced Speed Losses PT.NOK INDONESIA is an automotive industry company that produces oil seal which can not be separated from problems related to the effectiveness of machine / equipment. One of the causes of disruption of the production process is poor maintenance management on the machine. To get the percentage of OEE required multiplication of the results Availability ratio, Performance Efficiency, and Rate of Quality. Therefore, the author aims to determine the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on the Curing machine in PT.NOK INDONESIA. Knowing what factors affect the high or low Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on Curing machine in PT.NOK INDONESIA. Provide feedback or maintenance recommendations and improvements to improve productivity and effectiveness of production machinery and OEE values. Based on that purpose, writer use some method to get some data from company, that is by doing field study, literature study, interview to operator, supervisor, and company manager. The OEE value highest i.e. there on 14 October 2016 i.e. amounting to 60.67% of 93.45% Availability results, Performance Rate 59.27%, and the Rate of Quality 98.12%. While the lowest value of OEE lists contained on 04 January 2016 i.e. amounted to 34.94% of 93.45% Availability, Performance Rate 59.27%, and the Rate of Quality 98.12%. Factor Six Big Losses that have an effect on the low effectiveness of the Curing machine.
