Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, capital structure and profitability of the enterprise value of the manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study used a sample of 72 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange(BEI) in the period from 2012 to 2013. Data analysis method used is a multiple regression analysis and testing data using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 17. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and managerial ownership has no significant influence on the firm value while the capital structure and profitability has a positive significant influence on the firm value in the manufacturing companies in BEI period 2012-2013. The amount of influence based on the coefficient of deternination variable ownership structure, capital structure and profitability are 0,537 or 53,7% remaining 46,3% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this study Keywords: ownership structure, capital structure, profitability and firm value
